Your Unit/Group Camping Destination!
Tucked neatly amid a grove of cottonwood, river birch, maple, and pine trees on the shores of Bear Lake, Camp Hunt is all about aquatics! Due to an extensive renovation completed in 2011 that greatly improves the facilities there, your unit/group won't even know they're learning, overcoming fear, and working together as a team!
- Located on the west shore of Bear Lake 2 miles north of Garden City, Utah
- Renovated/new facilites including: docks, boats, and shower facilities
- Sailing, waterskiing, motorboating
- Snorkeling, Scuba diving
- Exciting nature, handicraft, and Scout skills areas
Aquatics High Adventure
The aquatics high adventure program includes: swimming, snorkeling, scuba, flat water kayaking, water skiing, wakeboarding, day long sailing trips, and water rescue techniques. The program also offers flexibility and can be custom tailored to the desires of your group. Optional activities may include geocaching, hiking, trips to Garden City for famous Bear Lake raspberry shakes, etc.
LDS Girls Camp

Participants wishing to participate in aquatic activities must do a "swim check" upon arriving at camp. Pre-camp swim checks are not allowed at Camp Hunt.
