Scouting for Food
iCan Make a Difference
Scouting for Food is the largest one-day food drive in the Boy Scouts of America. Did you know more than 43 million items have been collected since 1985? Each year, our Scouts, leaders and parents collect approximately one million items that will serve approximately 22 pantries within the Trapper Trails Council.
Utah district dates are:
- Bag distribution week - March 19, 2012
- Food collection day - March 24, 2012
For most districts, your bags will be distributed at March Roundtables. Your district's Scouting for Food participation chairman will provide the territory information you will be asked to cover. Please recruit leaders and parents to cover your unit's territory.
