The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare
young people to make ethical and moral choices over their
lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Registration Instructions: For your convenience, registration is done electronically. Before registering, make sure you have the following information:
A valid credit card for payment (a deposit is required at registration time)
The number of youth and leaders who will be attending (their names can be added anytime)
Remember, that you can go back at any time to update your registration, including making payments, adding individuals, etc.
PLEASE BE AWARE, WHEN YOU ARE SCHEDULING, THAT THERE ARE NO LIGHTS OUTSIDE ON THE COPE COURSE AND THAT WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOU IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT PERMIT USE.

If you are not able to register online, you may click hereto download the Registration Form. This will allow you to print the form, complete it and mail it with your deposit to the Council Service Center in Ogden. You must include the deposit with the completed form or your registration will not be accepted.
Fees and Policies
The following fees apply for registration in 2010.
****Businesses will pay $30 per person for 4 hours or $50 per person for 6 hours.

Making Payments: Payments can be made fully online through the registration process. You may return as often as you wish to make additional payments. If you prefer, you may also make payments at the Council Service Center.
A deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be automatically applied to your total fees.
Remaining fees are due the day prior to your scheduled activity.
Cancellation Policy: The Trapper Trails Council must commit financial resources to employ staff. Participants, therefore, are required to make a financial commitment to attend.
The deposit collected at registration time is non-refundable or transferable to a new year. No refunds are given if a registration is canceled or the number of attendees is reduced within one week of your scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be given for "no-shows". The unit may request a refund if a person is unable to attend due to illness, injury, death in the family or a personal emergency. Units/individuals must request a refund within one week of the close of the activity. Refund Request after that time will be denied. Refunds are issued to units by way of a refund check to the sponsoring institution via two persons of record. Allow 30 days after the submission of the activity request for refund check to be issued. This is not a guarantee of approval. All refunds are subject to a $5 handling fee.

TO INCLUDE HIGH COURSE ACTIVITIES IN YOUR PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. YOUTH UNDER 13 MAY PARTICIPATE IN A PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES INITIATIVE GAMES AND LOW COURSE ACTIVITIES UNDER THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR.
The C.O.P.E. course is located behind the Trapper Trails Council service center at 1200 East 5400 South in South Ogden. This is a great team building experience.
Leader Information
PICTURES OF COPE
All participants nees to wear long, durable non-restirictive trousers and sturdy, lightweight, jogging tennis shoes or hiking footwear. No open toed shoes will be permitted and shoestrings must be tied.
