ENCOMPASS, or Family Camp, provides training opportunities as you share camping experiences with your family. All five programs have a different time schedule, with limited family time. This unique program is designed around the advanced leadership programs of Wood Badge, Powder Horn - High Adventure Training, National Youth Leadership Training and the OA training Pipe Holder. While mom or dad attends Wood Badge or Powder Horn, Scout age boys have the opportunity to attend NYLT or OA Pipe Holder, while the rest of the family enjoys a fun filled program for their age group. The entire family catches the Scouting spirit and reconnects with nature. It is very common to hear a youngster tell mom or dad “this is better than Disneyland!”
